What does everyone have for breakfast and lunch? I am not a morning eater but I force myself because I know waiting until lunch is not good to do. I'll either have Carnation Instant breakfast, a protein shake, or a peice of wholegrain toast with peanut butter and a glass of milk.
Lunch is usually a Weight Watchers frozen meal. I sit in an office all day with no lunch hour so I eat at my desk. Those meals are easy but they're all made with pasta, which I would like to get away from.
We're taking our honeymoon soon, I hope, and would like to get bathing suit ready, since I never lost any weight for the wedding and I now regret it. Any ideas for me? TIA.
