Good afternoon GIS followers,
My gym is offering free passes to try any fitness class this week. I'm strongly considering spinning. If I like the sample class, I will sign up for a spring session. Since I've never tried it before and am a little nervous, do experienced spinners have any advice? I imagine that I'll feel sore in the butt area (will purchase bike shorts if I sign up for the permanent session) but is there anything else I should expect? I plan to arrive early and let the instructor know that I'm a newbie.
