I posted a week or so ago about how I started going gung ho on diets and I always failed and every one gave me great advice. I've started making smarter choices in food and snacks WATCHING MY PORTIONS. realizing I wont miss out if I dont eat something.
My first major cut in my diet was I cut out soda! I did have a slip one day were I got very stressed at work and bought a soda. but about three sips into it I realized it was not going to make my stress go away and tossed it. instead I went for a walk around my building and was ready to face the rest of my day
The biggest confirmation thtat I was making good changes was when my engagement ring which had been snug is now a bit loose. probably with the cut back in the soda i dont have as much sodium in my system. but it was a great feeling. I am going to wait another week or so before stepping on a scale again, but I am already noticing differences and changes!
Next week I get my shakeology order so I am excited to replace my unhealthy starbucks coffees with a shake as a replacement!
Thank you all for ideas on my earlier post! I cant wait to shed that weight and make more little changes and reaching my goals!
