Are there any out there that actually do what they say they're meant for? I'm not talking about any "magic weight loss pills" but fat burners, carb blockers and the like.
I don't take anything but a One A Day mutivitamin because a) I think it's a waste of money and b) I'm too scared to put anything in my body that I don't think should be there.
Am I being too closed minded here? Are there actually supplements out there that help you acheive what you couldn't otherwise achieve through diet and exercise alone?
