From reading a handful of articles online I understand somewhat the benefits of using honey over sugar. Which I have no problem with - I LOVE honey!!
My question is about the sugar that is IN honey, is this just as bad for you as if you had used regular sugar? I always substitute honey for sugar in shakes and I put it in my tea on a regular basis. Am I going way over on my daily sugar intake by doing this?
Speaking of, I'm not completely sure what my daily sugar intake should be. I tried looking it up online and could not find anything specific. If it helps, I'm 5'1" and weigh 123 (looking to lose about 10 more pounds).
