"pageant bouquet" cheesy??

Getting flower ideas...I invisioned an all white bouquet of long stemmed calla lillies for myself done as a pageant bouquet....anyone think this is cheesy???Then the MOH bouquet as a reg nosegay of different callas...There are only the two of us, so will it look weird if mine is so different from hers?? Or should she carry a pageant style too just in colors and smaller??

No, it won't look cheesy, especially with callas. They are notoriously hard to make traditional bouquets with, because they have HUGE stems. To get enough blooms, the bundle of stems has to be staggered, or else it would be like 6" across, and would take both hands to hold them. If you want to make traditional bouquets for the BMs, make sure you get mini callas. They come in more colors, and the stems are not nearly as thick, much more manageable.

What do you think of having hers as a pageant bouquet as well only smaller ones and in a  few shades of purples and white..or just make hers a traditional bouquet??
