Corsages - Pinned vs. Wristlet

I have to make a quick decision and don't have time to ask the 12 and 14 year old nieces what they would prefer - they are helping with programs, etc...so I am getting them corsages. All of the other corsages are pinned (with a magnet), but the florist initally thought a wristlet would work well for them. Is this because of their age? Would you guys get them a wristlet or a pinned one so they match mom's and grandma's? Thanks!

I'd go with wristlet, i think they are younger and more fun.

I think wristlets would be much nicer for younger girls and women. Pinned is better suited for the grandparents and other older guests in my opinion.

I agree with the PPs, I have 2 of my cousins, 14 and 13, handing out programs to guests as they enter the church. They are going to have wristlets. The moms are as well, mostly because they both have jackets with big collars over their dresses that would make pinned corsages flap around. The grandmothers are going to have pinned corsages since we think it's much more age-appropriate.

  My FI and my mom both requested wrist corsages. Our grandmas wanted pin on ones.I would go for wrist ones for young girls.

Wristlets.  All females are getting wristlets and males are getting pinned corsages for our wedding.

Wristlets. Just make sure that they're small enough...
