Help for diameter of centerpieces...

I'm having wooden boxes made for my centerpieces and need help determining what the diameter should be.  (12x12? 16x16?)  They will be on 60in rounders.  I am also putting candles around them - if that helps.  I just don't want them to overwhelm the tables and/or take up too much space.

Thanks ladies!

I had 60 in rounds and my cubed vases were 6" and I had votives around them.  I can't picture what you are going for but here is how mine looked.  If your tables will be pre-set then take that into consideration also.  I had table numbers and favors also.

Thank you! Smaller boxes means a smaller requirement for flowers.  (awesome!)  I'm making arrangements similar to what you have in your pictures (very pretty, by the way!).  Just going to attempt to incorporate some bright green mondo grass in the middle of them.  I need to practice with it to make sure it will look like what we are hoping for, but couldn't do that without having a size to base the building of the boxes off of.  =)

    Thanks again!
