Simple bouquet with big flowers & greens

Okay, here's what I'm thinking and I'd love suggestions. I want the bouquets to be three big flowers with some simple greenery like ferns. The big flowers could be...

-- roses
-- dahlias
-- mini calla lilies
-- what else?

Does the bride's bouquet have to look different from the bridesmaids'? I'd add a bit of baby's breath or something to mine, then.

Peonies, hydrangeas, magnolias, open roses. And no, the brides bouquet doesn't have to look different from the BM. It's usually larger.

They do not have to be different. IMO, Babies Breath cheapens the looks of flowers. There are more elegant fillers such as Heather, Wax Flower, and Misty. Have you searched projectwedding for flower ideas?

I was wanting to do the same kind of thing...big blooms. I love Dahlias, but my florist said that they are not available in October....I really thought they were but she insisted that they weren't.
