I have had such a wonderful experience with Russ Wholesale Flowers! It is owned and run by Russ himsefl and he is so helpful, gets right back to you, and they try and find the best deal for you! They are awesome!

    Well,  I did over $10K worth of work for RussWholeSale Flowers  between March 2011 and June 2011.  I send an initial invoice,  for 1/10 of that dollar amount to the company a few weeks back.  When i did not hear back about payment, I sent an email today indicating I would stop by the office to pick up my check.    Russ Phillip thought it was a good idea to call the Wheaton police instead of paying my invoice and "claimed"   my 2 emails and stopping by the office for payment was threatening/harrassing.  I am not joking.  Vendors beware.  Customer too.   Feel free to check the validity of his claims ith the Wheaton Il police department.
