Hey-- Has anyone had to do this yet? My wedding is in Puerto Rico, and I'd like to bring my bouquet with me... Does the U.S. Department of Agriculture consider this a non-permitted item for export / import? (Yes, PR is part of the US, but you do go through Agricultural screening at the airport up exit.)
I looked on the websites, but in typical government fashion, I found them unnecessarily incomprehensible.
AND if I CAN bring it back with me into the US, what do people do if they want to keep their bouquet? Have a "toss" bouquet, or skip the bouquet toss altogether?
