NWR- who lives north/ east of Dallas?

I posted this on the nest forum as well but this one seems a lot busier so I figured I would take a shot here as well.

Hey ladies.  My FI lives in Allen right now and works in Richardson.  I will be moving up there after graduation and wedding in May and was hoping to get some help job hunting.

I am going to be a veterinarian wanting to do large and small animal work, so its been quite difficult for me to find places from afar that fit this description and are close enough to Richardson (FI's job).

I am looking anywhere from north of Frisco to Farmersville to Mesquite.  Any ideas on locations/ clinics to contact would be of amazing help!

Thanks so much

If you want to do large and small, then you should probably consider an area that is not fully developed out yet.  That doesn't really describe Plano/Richardson.  There is still some development going on in Frisco but I don't think you're going to have a lot of farm area out there.  Argyle is quite a ways from there but still has lots of farm land.  Plus several of my students have their horses out there too.  Wylie might be a good consideration.

With the expansion of the Bush Tollway coming in the next few years, places like Rockwall and other little towns out that way might be a good option.

PS:  There are many Aggie vets here in town.  Ours in Mesquite (though I don't live there any more) was always great.  South Mesquite Vet.  I don't know that he did large animal though.
