Having a New Years Eve wedding....DJ or Band??

We cant decide between DJ or band. Want to make sure people are dancing all night, especially since the reception will go through midnight. Need to decide soon because things are getting booked up fast. Appreciate suggestions!! (I love the energy of a live band but the variety of hip hop options with a DJ.....what's more important?)

I vote DJ because their selection is more versatile. That said. Decide sooooooon. Because a lot of the Djs I've talked to, on their website it said they need a year notic for New Year's parties. Plus, they'll be a lot more expensive.
