tipping question

i have a weird question....
when your mua charges you a early morning fee and a travel fee... do you tip on that part, or just the services part?

I would think just tip on the services part....

That's a good question.  I have to say, I think I'd be inclined to just tip on the cost of the services (even if that is wrong!)  Mine didn't charge to come to the venue.

I would say just the cost of the services. What the heck is an early morning fee? That seems rather stupid...

She's charging us a travel fee too, because our venue is greater than 30 miles away from her studio/where she'll be coming from.

she is travelling from dallas to mansfiel (1 hour drive) and charging a travel fee and an early morning fee to be there at 7:30am. this was the 2nd MUA that wanted to charge me that.
