I'm trying to find an indoor space in the Fort Worth area for a Friday night in December that's preferably around $1000 rental fee and no more than $2000. It would need to be able to hold around 125 people.

Any ideas?

I don't know if its too far but I had my wedding at The Colleyville Center and it is in that price range.

I am getting married at the Rose Chapel and having my reception in the adjacent ballroom. It is within your budget for Friday night.

This is also a DIY venue but they do clean-up for you after the wedding, which seems to be a rare find in this price range.

I recommend checking out the YWCA, Fort Worth Community Arts Center, and 809 at Vickery. Those were my favorites, and I'm pretty sure their fees fit your requirements. I know they can hold 125 people no problem. They're all BYOB, bring-your-own-food venues.

There's also Stockyards Station, which has a lot of different rooms. It requires their own catering, and has more of a rustic feel. I'm not sure of their fees, but I'm guessing it's in that range, since I checked it out (and your requirements are similar to mine!)
