Mother Daughter Dance

My parents are divorced and my dad hasn't been around in years.  I wanted to do a Mother-Daughter dance at my wedding, but I can't think of a good song.  I looked online but all everyone suggests is Martina McBride - I am not a country fan.

Any suggestions?

    What about This One is for the Girls by Martina McBride? Did you want a slow or fast song? Why don't you try asking your mom as well, she may have a special song in mind as well. My dad requested a song for us to dance too and I couldn't tell him no.

    Soo.. I'm not a huge country fan either. I also have a similar situation to yours.. dad hasnt been around in years.. my mother is walking me down the isle.  We are dancing to Carrie Underwoods "Mama's Song."  Yes.. country but still a great song!
