MOB wants to be included in EVERYthing!

I need some help!  My mother is wedding crazy and has completely taken over.  I need some advice on how to politely tell her that she will not be included in the Wedding Party pictures.  She believes that she will be in the limo with us after the ceremony and will be included in the pictures before the reception.  I'm happy to set some time aside for her and I to have pictures taken at the reception site, but now with the wedding party!  Am I completely wrong?  Help!

What's wrong with having her in the limo after the ceremony?  I was in a wedding as MOH last spring and both sets of parents were in the limo with the bride and groom as well as half the bridal party.  I could see there being a problem if she expected a ride home after the reception, but I don't think she's being unreasonable to ride with you after the ceremony.  As for pictures, you can absolutely take a few with her with the wedding party; get everyone involved!  What's the big deal? 

She's your mom, and she's excited for you.  There are girls here (myself included) who would give up chocolate to have their moms be even half as happy for them as yours appears to be.  Be grateful you're not on the other end of the spectrum.

Is there any way to have your father help you out with that? As far as the pictures go, is there any way to keep her busy during some, or all, of it? Ask the photographer if she's ever dealt with a MOH like this before and see if she has any suggestions. I know it's probably hard to tell her that it's not what you had in mind but if you're paying for it then you should get what you want...and if she's paying for it then maybe she should get a photo session all to herself!
