So I just have to share how awesome Elise with Beach Bum is! I just booked a suprise anniv. trip for dh and I and she went above and beyond to help get the perfect resort, perfect flight time, and even honored a deal that went away while we were in the process of booking(on a certain flight time and price)... She was the one that helped try to get things sorted out during our honeymoon when we couldnt get a straight answer from the resort!     interesting. someone from a another board recommended beach bum vacay to help for my destination wedding but she said to contact marcie. ive heard alot of good about them so far. thanx for the info

    I havent worked with Marcie... But have worked with both Steve and Elise. Both are good but Elise has been AMAZING! It seems to be a great company all around! If you decide to talk with Elise tell her I said Hi! (Im Meagan)

    yeah I vaguely remember you had an issue on your honeymoon and your TA was no where to be found.  I am actually surprised you went back to them.  Didn't you do Excellence?
