Ending up with same gifts?

My bridal shower is in a couple of weeks and I know some people who have bought things but didn't get them marked off on my registry. So now I'm worried that I'll be sitting there opening presents and I'll get two blenders or something. What do I do if this happens?

    Smile and say Thank you.  Be excited.  Don't say I already have this.  If you opened a similar item earlier, act like this is the first gift.  At my shower, I received two sets of margarita glasses. We started laughing that now I would have to drink more margaritas. I didn't make it a big deal and I returned one set later.
