Surprise Shower, Shy Me!

I just found out that my coworkers are throwing me a surprise shower today! They all know they aren't invited to the wedding and I wasn't expecting anything. This is such a lovely surprise, except I'm shy. I do not like to be the center of attention and I get embarrassed easily, particularly with gift giving. Any suggestions, please?! T-minus 2.5 hours... :-P

    Aww, that's really sweet of them! And work showers are one of those freebies where you don't have to invite everyone who attends to your wedding.

    Just relax and try to remember that they aren't expecting you to entertain them. I'm sure since you see them all everyday they know you are shy and arent' going to pressure you into doing anything, like give a speech. Just graciously accept all the gifts and try to have a good time!
