help one last time trying to exhaust all options on a venue

I posted before about help with a venue and have looked at a ton since then and am 90% sure I will be going with Fairy tale manor but I just wanted to see if there were any other hidden gems out there I may have looked over or not heard of yet before I get down there and schedule my tours.

Location is not much of an issue, if it is the right venue I dont care if its in fort worth, tyler, or anywhere in between.  (My venue here was 49 minutes from my house).  My guest list is looking to be somewhere between 80-110 right now.

I want a venue that has a pretty outdoor ceremony area with either a gazebo, pergola, fountain, or other pretty focal point.

I want an indoor reception space at the same location preferably a space that is either modern or more of a blank canvas that I can make my own.  I liked castle on the lake in jacksonville I think but the inside was just too rustic for my taste.

You ladies have helped me narrow down my florist, videographer and photog list to just a couple so any help is greatly appreciate.

Thank you!

Did you try any of the winerys?  Like that one in Grapevine where rcpm is getting married?  She just posted her new bio yesterday I think.  It's really pretty!  Also Texas Discovery Gardens is really pretty.

The winery is La Buena Vida Vineyards... it's a GORGEOUS location.

There's a place in Justin, TX called The Country Abbey... I had a friend get married there last year... it's very pretty.  http://www.thecountryabbey.com/

My venue is Sky Creek Ranch Golf Club in Keller and they're building a wedding amphitheatre space... it's a gorgeous location and the coordinator (Amy) is very willing to negotiate... (we got $1500 off)!  http://www.skycreekranch.com/

I am getting married at La Buena Vida. It was the first place we looked at and compared everything to it. Based on your old venue in Nebraska here are a few that I suggest.

Light Catcher Winery in Ft. Worth  http://www.lightcatcher.com/

    Delaney Vineyards in Grapevine  http://www.delaneyvineyards.com/

Cross Timber Winery in Grapevine  http://www.crosstimberswinery.com/Index.html

    Weston Gardens in Ft. Worth

Bois D'Arc Gardens in Midlothian  http://www.boisdarcgardens.com/

Good luck! I know I felt like I literally looked all over the place for our venue.

rcpm does La Buena Vida have an inside space for the reception?

The lightcatcher place has a gorgeous terrace and I was thinking that would definately be in the running but the require the event to be over by 10pm and we want a sunset ceremony so it will not even begin until 7:45 :(.  I do have an inquiry out to the delany place as it is gorgeous too.  Right now my list is fairy tale manor, tribute golf course, coyote ridge, villa di felicita and maybe one of these winerys.  I only looked at one venue in person here and booked immediately because I knew it was perfect so the whole idea of looking at multiple places will be kind of new.

thanks for all your suggestions on this and some of my other posts it has been a tremendous help!

La Buena Vida doesn't technically have an indoor facility. What they do have is a fully covered pavilion that has sides that can roll up or down (similar to the clear part of a tent) and has air conditioning.

Elmwood Gardens in Palestine (kind of between Dallas & Tyler) has beautiful pictures on their website.  If my daughter and I hadn't decided that the drive would be a bit much for some of the guests, we would have gone to look at it in person.  For an outdoor wedding, the pictures are gorgeous.  She wound up chooseing Anglin Occasions in Forth Worth, but it might be kind of rustic for you.
