Searching for locations...

I am on the hunt for bridal location spots....I am having them done on May 6th and still haven't set a location for them.
Has anyone been to Arbor Hills Nature Preserve or Heard Nature Preserve and Museum??
Both look beautiful...Heard doesn't have paved paths which may be a problem with the walking in heels with a big wedding dress on...however it does have more "photo opt" spots than Arbor Hills

If you want more photo opportunities then I would go to the Heard Nature.  Bring a pair of comfy shoes to walk in, a white sheet, and have someone help you with your dress.  I've been to Arbor Hills and I think if you really want some photo opportunities there you'll have to get off the pavement anyway.

Whatever you end up doing, be prepared to take your dress to the cleaners....it's probably going to get a little dirty.

Would you say it's worth it to run the risk of having it cleaned or just go to like the Las Colinas Canals???

Even if you go to the Canals, you're likely to get your dress dirty.

I run at Arbor Hills pretty regularly and it's crowded on good weather days, you'd have to get off the main paths to avoid having other people in your photos!

Have you thought about Cotton Mill in McKinney? They charge a fee but it is super cool and has both indoor and outdoor spots incase it is raining!
