How many security guards do you need to hire if you plan on having alcohol at the reception?  I can't remember if it's 1 or 2.

    I hired 1 off duty police officer.

    For us, we had to have 1 for every 50 guests. So we had 2!

    Thanks!  I had to figure out if it was worth the money for the restaurant to pay for the security guards, but I would have to buy the linens, drinks, and alcohol... or they give me linens, drinks, and champagne, but I supply the security guards.
