So, I checked out this Bridal Boot Camp in Dallas b/c I had a free pass. I'm a fitness instructor myself so I'm always skeptical of others' boot camps, but I also like to get new ideas and such too. So I checked out Doug's Bridalicious Boot Camp, and was really impressed.
It was a lot of fun, and it was really nice to work out with other brides, b/c they're all going through the same thing. It was like therapy in a way! After going through the boot camps, and now me, and some of the other girls are married, its really cool to look back and see how our bodies and our minds have changed.
I really liked this boot camp and highly recommend it to other girls. The guy, Doug, is launching a DVD this
Saturday and is having a launch party,and you can get free passes to his boot camp if you go to the party. So if you're looking for a free way to check it out, that's definitely a good way.
