DST sucks.  It was so hard to get up this morning.

My MIL also sucks.  She bitched out David this weekend because I don't call her Mom.  I told David that she's never given me a reason to call her Mom.  If she cared about me or showed any interest in my life, maybe I would consider it.  She shouldn't care about the title, but should instead focus on the relationship first.  Then maybe the title will come afterwards.

How is it possible to gain 5 pounds in a week?  I haven't been eating crazy and yet I still weigh 5.08 pounds more than I did last Monday.

So I skipped work today because we didn't get home till later in the morning. Stupid time change. Why in the world do I feel guilty about it?

I went to pick up my dress 2 weekends ago and it wouldn't zip all the way up... uhh... I just jumped on the minimal coke bandwagon and back on the water one so I think I was retaining water but I don't even want to try it on again to find out.

I woke up at 7:15 AM instead of 6:15. Oops!  My clock/alarm was set correctly, but my body is still programmed otherwise.

I picked up my dress from Becky on Satuday.  I only needed cups sewn in and a bustle, but she is awesome! :)

After stress city of last week, my house goes on the market today.  I'm hoping for a full priced offer within the first week - a person can dream, can't they?  FI's house needs to be inspected by a structural engineer prior to putting it on the market to check the foundation.  Yikes!

I love DST because lighter evenings mean I can ride my horse after work more often!  Yay!

I'm babysitting for some friends since it's my day off. I brought their daughter over to my house because I have tons to do. I've kept her before, but today she won't sleep! Grrr...

Waking up this morning was a bit rough, but I am very much looking forward to more sun in the evenings.  Last week was the first time I'd been running outside since probably Thanksgiving, and it is so refreshing.  It's given me a bit of motivation to get out of my workout funk.

I am so jealous!!!  I started riding when I was 6 and stopped in high school because I got too busy with school.  I leased a horse for a few summers but I've yet to own one.  Do you mind me asking what breed/discipline?  <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-laughing.gif" border="0" alt="Laughing" title="Laughing" />

I love answering horsey questions!  LOL

    She's a Thoroughbred - was originally a racehorse, then my hunter/jumper.  She's now semi-retired -- I still ride about 4 days a week but just don't jump her anymore.  :)

Did you ride here in Dallas?  If so, where?  I've been riding since I was 8 and know most of the English places around here.

I don't have the time to ride anymore, but the last place I was at was Prospering Farms.  I did some hunter/jumper there as well as some dressage.  I liked it there but they emphasized showing regularly, and that was hard for me since I was busy with school and with my dad every-other weekend.

I originally rode western when I first started, but the barn I was at then was about 45 minues away, so I eventually changed over to english since Prospering Farms was about 5 minutes away.

    Steph,
I feel you about your MIL.

I'm going to B&M about my ILs.  Again.  I was in the hospital for 11 days.  They never called me or sent me a card.  Nothing.  I know they don't have warm fuzzies for me but I'm still pretty hurt that they couldn't at least fake that.  I got a card from one of my MIL's sisters though so that was very sweet.

Also, I'm pretty much off meat.  Every time we get ready to have dinner, I decide that I don't want to eat the meat.  It's mostly chicken and fish but even beef doesn't sound appetizing.  It's a good thing, I know, for my poor pancreas but....

My hip has been hurting me all day long and I have a job where I am on my feet 90% of the time.

I am so completely done with planning this wedding..I wish it would plan itself!

I'm with Mariah.  I've gained 5 pounds too in 1 week!  Seriously?  I know I drank more than I normally do and ate a bit worse with all the Greenville St. Patty's Day festivities this weekend, but I also ran 20 miles on Saturday morning.  That should negate some of the food!

Oh and speaking of weight.  I went to cheer on a bunch of my friends Sunday who were running in the Rock N' Roll Half Marathon and saw crazy Tracy from last season's Biggest Loser!  We are obessesed with that show.  We usually watch it while eating dinner and I feel so guilty!

I did a sprint triathlon on Saturday and it was good...however I learned wearing a wet bathing suit during a 12 mile bike ride and 5k can have serious chafing consequences...I now have a 3 inch long scab/sore that hurts like hell on the top of my leg.
