Hey just out of curiousity, what do you mean when you say you 'eat perfectly'?  What kind of things do you eat?

No worries if you don't want to elaborate, but I am always looking for new ideas and things to incorporate into my diet so I just thought I'd ask.  :)

good question! i'm actually a certified personal trainer with CEC's in nutrition. (and i'm hypoglycemic - so if i eat wrong - i pass out!!!)
i basically eat 6 meals a day. i dont' eat any fried foods (except for my one chick-fil-a lunch on saturday - man i love those nuggets and fries!!)

i don't eat any dairy (i'm also lactose intolerant).. so don't have to worry about cheese portions. i found a soy yogurt that does NOT contain artifical sweeteners that i eat.

i eat a balance of lean protien and good carbs at EVERY meal and mix in some fruits and veggies - heavy on the veggies - i love veggies!!!

don't use butter, but use a little olive oil or avacado each day for my "good" fats.
    i don't eat any desserts.

i dont' consume ANY artifical sweeteners in anything - they make me puke - literally!

i keep my portion sizes to what you are "suppose" to eat at my size, so basically about a fist size.

    i choose grains over others.

i do drink wine, but in moderation. stay away from the margaritas - so they are very tasty and i could use one now to get rid of this oncoming miagrane!!!!

when we do eat out, we only pick restaurants that offer healthy options, mostly ones where i can see their nutricianal guide - surprizing some don't like texas roadhouse :(

dont' use mayo, butter, heavy dressing, etc.  i only drink water besides my occasional wine and the soy milk i mix with protien and fruit for a snack. i also watch my salt intake.

right now i'm scared i may be eating too few calories - not that i'm trying to, but sometimes when you eat healthier, calories are harder to come by. i'm just freaking out cause i bought the dress a size smaller than i am now (but what i usally am, if not a little bigger than what i usually am.) i origianlly gained weight because for a period of about 6 months i was eating out with my chruch group serveral times a week and though i was overall picking more healthy options than most... i was eating WAY too much and adding stupid stuff, like buffalo wild wings and high calorie. then i got sick and went on 2 heavy duty rounds of steroids and i blew up like the stay puff marshmellow man!!!!! i'm lost 15 lbs so far, just by getting back into my rountine, but i'm just frustrate with having a dealine that is the wedding!!!!

right now i'm just looking for a way to change things up and kick start me again!

Wow goodness!   Well it sounds like I'm doing MOST everything right!

Thanks so much for sharing!  I bet you will be able to lose the weight before your wedding.  Don't stress!
