DH got a call from his job shortly after 2 am this morning.  One of the monitors died yet the guy could still read everything- it was just really dark.  Oh the joys of being on call 24/7.  We got maybe 5 hours of sleep last night.

Had the house inspection done Friday.  There were maybe 4 things that were not deficient   Either the sellers help with the items or we are walking away.

Our trip this weekend didn't go as well as we expected. It was one of those trips where everything that can go wrong, goes wrong. It was just doomed. I was SO glad to get home yesterday.

Oh well! 3 weeks from today we will be on a plane to the beach on our HM...so that makes up for our Austin trip not going too well!

I just did not have a good weekend.  My FI was being super sensitive about everything and I was just not in a good mood (I was also having major PMS).  Those two things do not mix well....at least its over and I can get on with my week.

I feel like the river kicked my butt this weekend!!  I had a blast, but jeez, it gets rough in places!  My legs, knees, and back are a little beat up. LOL

This is officially the week from hell.

I have a group presentation on Wednesday that no one except myself has even begun to work on despite my efforts to get everyone moving.  FURIOUS about that.

I was asked to go to Houston for work this Tue/Wed/Thurs last FRIDAY.   Obviously, the aforementioned presentation is a problem for Wednesday so they are asking me to come Tuesday, go home, and come back Thursday.  UM no, pick one day.

My back is KILLING me.

Well hmm, i did absolutley nothing this weekend MOH is about to have her baby guys had their time and girls got theirs, so the weekend wasnt so bad.

BUT while FI was inbetween jobs for only 2 weeks we were financially doing it until this week...SO BROKE doesnt begin to cover it, trying to stay positive im just ready to finally get back on track.... 

It isnt thursday at 12:00am paycheck time is it??

I realized that we have 3 free weekends where we're not traveling or having friends in town between now and the wedding.  I wish it would just get here already.

It feels like a Monday (not surprising) - meaning that I'm dreading every upcoming bit of this week.  I'm at this point in my work project where my job is basically to hassle people for comments on my team's report and to make them stick to the deadlines I set (and these are all of course people that are more senior than I am).  It's just frustrating, and it looks like I'll be doing this for about a month.  I hate this part of the job.  Can't wait for the report to be done around labor day (and yet that still seems so far away).

Also, I had this weird dizzy feeling yesterday.  Not enough to make me think there was something seriously wrong with me, but enough to put off running for fear of making it worse.  So now I'm behind on my training plan.

FI's wedding band is still not here yet. This is the 2nd jewelry story that has messed up our order, and we only have 3 more weeks to go and can't start over again with yet another jewerly store.

I'm tired, sore, and not wanting to work today.  Had a good weekend just didn't get a lot done and I have a lot that needs to be done.  Going to have a long week at work and it just seems like more is getting piled on.  Oh yeah!

While I was in Europe, I bought my ILs rosaries that were blessed.  I spent about $70 total but I thought they would really like them.  I'll also admit that I had hoped that this would be something that they would actually like and that they would finally be a little more welcoming to me and accepting that I married their eldest son.  No, not so much.  I asked Bill if they had received the package and he said yes and that they liked the Dr. Who shirts we bought them last year in NYC and that they liked the Mickey and Minnie bridal ears set that we got them in Florida.  However, there was absolutely NO mention of the rosaries at all.  These people hadn't made me cry yet but I was in tears when Bill told me this.  I'm not sure how much more rudeness and just general lack of regard I'm supposed to take before I completely break.

OH, and I'm also totally pissed about the movie "Inception".  I feel like it was a complete waste of 2.5 hours of my life.   I won't say why on here since some of you may not have seen it.

I got something in my eye the other day and I rubbed on it. (I know you are not supposed to!) My eye is now dry and red and itchy and I know I am making it worse but it is bugging the crap out of me.

I feel like listening to the song "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" is a complete waste of 2.5 minutes of my life.  Seriously. Dumbest song ever. Why does it play everywhere all the time?

SoonToBeMrsHoz - I can empathize on the wedding band issue!  Our wedding bands arrived the day before our wedding, much to my frustration.  We ordered them 3 months before the wedding, and every time I called to check on them, something had gone wrong at the craft shop.  We had them ordered from a retailer in Ireland because we wanted a particular celtic design on them.  When I checked the FedEx ship order, I'm pretty sure they left Ireland on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning, so I was ready to accept that we wouldn't have our bands for the ceremony.  What a close call!  But it was seriously annoying at the time.

Oh, and my mom is driving me nuts! This wedding can't get here soon enough so she won't be able to have any say in anything I'm doing anymore! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Terri.. yeah, we are REALLY frustrated at this poing. We ordered the first one from a local chain jewerly store months ago, first they got the wrong ring, then the right ring in the wrong size, so FI was done with them and cancelled the order there. Next, we went to ANOTHER chain store who said it would take 10 days for the ring to come in, and that would have been 2 weeks ago and we still have no ring......

FI has been on the phone with them all morning...

I am glad that you got yours in time though...

NAtalie - sorry about your trip, where are you going on your HM?
Sarah - I was PMSing all weekend too.  Cranky mood which FI just mirrored back.  Ugh, like you said.. at least it is over.
Brianna - I agree that song is annoying, but what about that new song "Rain" (Rain makes the corn, corn makes wiskey, wiskey makes my baby a little bit frisky) Ugh, I can't stand that one.

I just don't want to be at work, it's Monday.  Ugh.

Isn't PMS great?  It makes me so pissed off at things I probably shouldn't be. :-p  At least this time I wasn't crying at commercials like I usually do.  No sad commercials came on :-)

I don't usually notice that I"m that moody, but I think I usually just hermit away and avoid people altogether.  Now that FI is moving in, I can't avoid him.  I was a total b*tch this weekend.  I appologized last night, and he was sweet enough to understand.

I just realized that I typed 'Ugh" about 50 times in my last post.  Sorry about that.
