I NEED HELP!!! (Please)
OK Im thinking about having ED cater for my wedding (Venue is Hickory Street Annex) as of now there will be APROX. 150-170 guest. My budget for Catering is $4000 (bottom line) this would need to include linens, cake cutting,and food! (thats all I can think of right now) We are getting Married at 7:30 on a friday night. I would like to do finger type foods instead of a sit down meal! Basically Im trying soooo HARD to stay away from your traditional COOKIE CUTTER WEDDING!

Would this be ok? Do you guys think he would be able to accommodate this?
Has anyone used them, and what was your experience?
