I NEED HELP!!! (Please) 

OK Im thinking about having ED cater for my wedding (Venue is Hickory Street Annex) as of now there will be APROX. 150-170 guest. My budget for Catering is $4000 (bottom line) this would need to include linens, cake cutting,and food! (thats all I can think of right now) We are getting Married at 7:30 on a friday night. I would like to do finger type foods instead of a sit down meal! Basically Im trying soooo HARD to stay away from your traditional COOKIE CUTTER WEDDING! :)

Would this be ok? Do you guys think he would be able to accommodate this?
Has anyone used them, and what was your experience?

    We had a 7:30 wedding on a Friday night and we did finger foods and fruit and cheese and it worked out really well. Everyone thought it was fun and most had already eaten, but if not there was still plenty of food to fill someone up. And for $4000 that should be very doable.
