    Hey, I've been out of town and just got back. I am using Christie Lee. She and an assistant are traveling to our hotel in Grapevine, I'm getting hair and make-up trial and day of, air brush, eye lashes, 5 bridesmaids hair, and 2 of their make-up for $660. She'll definitely work within your budget, she's super nice to talk to, and she has great reviews on weddingwire.com. Good luck!
