    sparkling - I think it is a joke..  I bet if they tracked pregnancy news or other major events it would probably spike on April fools too.

    Seriously, who wasted their time to study this?  It was probably some taxpayer funded research project... bleh.

    I'm surprised the time before Valentines day is as low as it is but I'm not surprised about the time around Christmas.  I've heard that it's "best" to break up with someone right before gift giving time (Christmas and V-Day) so you don't have to spend money.
