How do I deal with a wedding planner going out of business?

Here's the situation...I have a really awesome wedding planner! I have never had any problems with her, have never questioned her on anything, and don't have a reason to fire her. However, her business partner decided that she didn't want to be with their company anymore and my planner got stuck with everything! From dealing with all the company's clients, to dealing with vendors, and whatever else goes on with businesses. I never met her ex-business partner nor have had any communication with her. My planner had to start fresh with everything including a new company (since their initials were both in the business name), and I know she has more clients that she has to deal with. Though I'm getting accustomed to the new business information and everything, should I look for a new planner or have any concern that she won't be as great as she was?  I just don't want her to be overwhelmed and forget about me.
