    Dear Boss,

You are driving me insane!  Why did you feel the need to call me like 5 times yesterday just to see if I had done this one stupid thing you asked me to do.  You don't trust me to get it done?  And I have a ton of other stuff that has to get done.  What you asked me to do is just not that important compared to other things.

I can not recommend doing them enough.  Trust me I am a good 30lbs away from my goal weight and I felt nothing short of a rock star during my shoot.  Chelsea has a way of posing you that seriously hides your flaws and maximizes everything else!  I cannot wait to see the pics on the blog on thur!

    Dear Anna-
I saw Lynn Michelle's blog yesterday and wondered why your husband was on it.  Is there a story behind this you can share?

    Dear grandma-
We enjoy when you visit but I don't need a constant reminder that so and so has control issues or whatsherface is mental.  I heard ya the first several times.  And the fact that you seem to get off on it is weird.  It's like you hit gold but it's become draining again.

    Dear hair-
What am I going to do with you?  I cut you off to get off the weight and now that you are lighter you do not seem to curl or do anything really.  You are a lifeless lump of yuckiness.  If only I could find my straightener.

    Dear Chicken Parm-
I will be making you for the first time tonight...please be delicious.

    Dear Texas Legislators,

Do you really think it's a good idea to give college students the right to carry a gun when there is a school right now as I type that is being locked down because a student is threatening to shoot everyone?  I don't understand how giving the students the right will help with campus shootings.  You need to figure out if you are protecting the students or giving them more access for mass shootings on campus.

    Dear danac2010,

I am confident that the vast majority of people with a CHL (over 21, who has completed a background check and training) are actually an asset in a situation like this.  In the case that someone did start shooting on campus, legally armed (and trained) students and staff could bring the situation to an end quicker.  Also, the likelihood of someone having the guts to bring a gun on campus with the intent to hurt others may be lower if he knows there are others armed (and ready to defend themselves).  The proposed law is specifically to allow those with CHLs only to carry on campus.  Is it a perfect fix?  Maybe not.  However, being able to defend oneself may trump that.

    Dear Diana,

I'm all for CHL people that have gone through the checks and training carrying a gun but I'm just not sure school is the best place to do this.  Yes I do agree they can be an asset but at the same time they could cause more issues and confusion.  My thinking is just accidental shooting and misunderstandings.  I know most of us have been to college and have been on campus with a bunch of sleep deprived, hung over, and even some that are on the influence of drugs.  Yes they may have taken the training and the background check but are just not in the best frame of mind and someone else makes a comment or a motion and that student reacts.  I just see it has adding fuel to the fire at this time.

I see that they can be helpful in this situation and how it could discourage someone else maybe if everyone else had a gun.  At the same time if someone has in their mind they are going to shoot someone I don't think other students maybe having a gun will stop them.  I don't know I just don't see how they can help.  Once I see how they can maybe I'll change my mind.  I open to seeing what happens but I think the worst will actually happen.
