I need help deciding what type of jewelry to get with my dress.  Should I just do earrings or earrings and a necklace?  I am not much of a bracelet person.  Also, what color jewelry do you think would look good?  Here is a picture of my dress (it will be ivory with the turquoise/aqua blue ribbon).  Thanks for your help!

If you do a necklace, I'd do something really simple.  If it were me, I'd do drop earrings and a simple necklace.

ETA: Diamonds are always good.  Or pearls.  Other than that, I'd probably only do aquamarine for colored jewels if you wanted jewelry with color.

I would just do drop earrings. I've never been a huge fan of a necklace or choker with strapless. It takes away from the dress, IMO. And since your'e having a colored sash and pick-ups, keep it very simple. There is already alot going on with your dress. YOu'll look great!

I agree with Mariah--simple necklace and earrings. I like diamonds best with wedding gowns.

I agree with Emi..I have always felt the same way. I would go with drop earings and no necklace. They have cute drop earrings at Macy's (from what I have heard) and NY&Co. (which I have seen and they are cuuuuuttteee)

I like those earrings.  I wore a really simple diamond cross necklace with my dress.  Very simple and didn't distract from the beading on the top of my dress.  I think that with such a smooth top to your dress you could definitely get away with a simple necklace like that or the one Anna posted or a simple drop pendant.
