I hope I am posting in the right place! I am looking for personalized note cards to write TY's for engagement gifts. (It's too early at this point for me to order wedding stationary - 10-09-10 wedding). I have checked out Etsy but was wondering if there are any other websites/ideas? TIA!

I've become a big fan of Vistaprint.com.  Tons of stuff for free, you just pay shipping and you can design your own.  I designed rehearsal invites, favor cards, thank yous for shower gifts, joint thank you's with new name for wedding gifts, and personalized note pads and stationary for wedding party gifts....love,love, love them!
