Gift from the Matron of Honor to the Bride - help!

Hey All!  I am the matron of honor for a dear friend of mine who is getting married in September.  We've known each other our whole lives and in fact, our moms were best friends in junior high.  I have come across many pictures of the bride-to-be and I in different stages of our lives, and I want to incorporate it into some kind of cute gift.  I'm struggling with ideas - their aren't enough pictures to fill up a scrapbook, but I was thinking of scanning them and buying her a digital picture frame, so then she could put pictures from her wedding on it in the future.  Does anyone have any other ideas?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank you,Liz

  • that sounds like an excellent and extremely thoughtful idea.

  • I got a really nice digital frame for my bff's wedding a couple weeks ago, and she *loved* it.  I also got a really good guidebook for CA, which is where they took their honeymoon.  I can't tell you how many times she's thanked me for that.  But.  She and her FI are the type who love to go and see everything they possibly can while in an area, so that may not be something  as good for your bff.I also got a bottle of their favorite wine and attached a sweet wedding poem to it (I'm crafty, so I fancied it up a bit) and a couple other small things, since the digital frame was expensive.  HTH!
  • Put them in a photobook!! I did this for a close friend of mine getting married. Go to www.smilebooks.com (thats where I did mine) and its really easy, you just download the little program and its done really quickly. It came out SO good. Prices are pretty good as well!
