Wedding Cakes

I had a very nice tasting this past weekend at Cake Carousel.  The cake was good and they were super friendly, had great suggestions, etc.  I've had cakes from Romano's and Dallas affairs before which were excellent.  It just seems like Cake Carousel is a little more flexible, and gave me good ideas for the cake design.  I felt like I had to pry the help from the people at Romano's and Dallas Affairs hasn't even called me back.

Has anyone else used them?  What was your experience?

    When did you call Dallas Affaires?  I never had any problem with communication with them so it makes me sad that you can't get them to call you.

    A few weeks ago.  I assumed it was just because of graduations they are probably swamped.  I was going to try them again this week.
