AW!!! Interview!!!

I have 2 interview on Monday!

One at 3:30 with the fine arts director and the HR department and one at 5:45 with the principal and a committee of teachers from the school!

Please pray for me! I've been wanting a music job for 3 years....I'm hoping this is the one.

I'm not sure how it works for teachers. But for music, many times if you are in a district big enough to have fine arts directors, you meet with them first and then they recommend you to the principals and then you interview with the principals. Once that process is done, the principal decides whether or not to recommend you get hired.

In my job search, just getting an interview was the hardest part, so yay! And I find that the sooner they want to interview you, the more excited they are about you.

PS: I had two interviews for both my jobs. One was a phone interview about how you'd handle certain situations. That was with HR. The other was with the building principal and a few others on campus.

Bill's job interviews (for his current company and for his hopefully future company) have numbered three. One with his immediate boss, one with the next level boss and then one with other employees.
