Honestly, I'm not a big fan of bridal shower games. They're awkward. But, they happen, so here goes:

My bridesmaids had everyone write down a memory of me when they came in and I had to guess who wrote it. There was no winner, so there were no prizes.

We've also played the game where you ask the groom a set of questions beforehand, and then the bride has to guess his answers. Everytime she gets one wrong, she has to put a piece of bubblegum in her mouth. Again no winner, so no prizes.

The only games I can think of with prizes are baby shower games, and that clearly doesn't work here.

I am not a fan of bridal shower games either and have made that specifically clear! However, here is a game with a prize.

Each person fills out a questionnaire about the bride, kind of a who knows her best thing. The person with the most questions right wins. The prize could be something like lotions, body spray, a cute pair of earrings. I

We just had kinda quick, silly ones.   One was how many words you could make out of my name.  The other was I had to leave the room and they had to list everything that I was wearing.

One prize was a cute day planner/notebook type thing, and the other everyone "won" and got an iced sugar cookie that were decorated like hearts, wedding dresses, etc.

I didn't have any games.  My sister just had people write down recipes.

I agree with PPs- Say No to Shower Games.   If you love them, go for it, but I don't think you should feel obligated to fill the time with them.  The only one I ever enjoy is when the groom fills out a questionnaire before hand and the bride has to match his answers to open a present (or the guests fill out the same questionnaire and see who matches closest to the groom).  Also, I don't mind bridal bingo.  You can only watch people open presents for so long before you want to shoot someone.
I enjoy visiting and eating at showers.  The best ones I've been to are sans shower games and more visiting/eating.  But that's just my opinion :)

My sister purchased fake plastic diamond rings from Hobby Lobby and everyone was given one when they arrived. Your ring could be stolen if you were caught saying the groom's name. Towards the end of the shower whomever had collected the most won. For prizes she gave out Bath and Body works items.

I don't really like games either, but when I threw a shower for my MOH she requested that we do at least one. So, I came up with a "memory match game" like you play when you're little. You know, where you have all the cards with pictures and you take turns flipping them over to find the matching pictures. Except, instead of pictures, I had candy names matched with a "bridal" definition. Here are some examples:
Butterfingers = First Date InteractionsHugs = Warm EmbracesPay Day = Wedding Ring Purchase Date5th Avenue = The Wedding Dress ShopTwix = Bachelor Party PranksMounds = GiftsHot Tamales = The BrideMr. Big = The GroomBig Hunk = The GroomSweet Tarts = The Bride & Groom Nerds = The In-LawsLifesavers = The ParentsSugar Daddy = Father of the BrideRunts = The Flower Girl & the RingbearerTreasures = Wedding Photos100 Grand = The ReceptionKisses = What Reception Guests Clink Glasses ForFast Break = Leaving the ReceptionSkor = The Honeymoon NightO'Henry = Bride's Honeymoon CryStarburst = Groom's Honeymoon ReverieBaby Ruth = 9 Months After the HoneymoonZero = Post-Wedding Bank AccountsPark Avenue = Couple's Dream Home LocationRocky Road = The First Year
I didn't use all these, and I think I made some up. Whenever someone found a match, they got to keep the candy. It was a huge hit!
