So we still haven't recieved our marriage license back from Dallas County and every week, we would call them and they would either say, wait another week or because of the flood, you will have to wait. Well they opened all operations today and now they are saying that they already mailed it to us. What?! We haven't gotten anything! On top of that, they said that now we have to pay 8 dollars to get a certified copy. The lady couldn't even give us a date as to when they mailed it or what address it was mailed to. This just adds to my dislike of federal, state and county offices, I've always had problems with them...
I'm jealous of the people who got married in June and everything went the way it was supposed to.
