    We looked at this venue and loved it, but our date wasn't available. Plus, it was at the top of our budget. The price includes: Table, chairs, lounge furniture, 8 hr rental, caterer's kitchen, etc. The full list is on the website under speical event rates. Also, required to hire security officer and can only use approved caterer's. Hope this helps. We loved the space.

    This location is so AWESOME! Michelle is the on site coordinator over there and she is wonderful. The rental does include tables & chairs. Plus they recently re-did all the flooring less than a year ago. Has a very urban modern feel. Its a wonderful place to have a wedding! Ask for Michelle and she can help you out. They do require the security guard from the time guests arrive to the time they leave :(
