Florist

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a good, reasonably priced (cheap) florist. I know I want fresh flowers, but I'm not sure which ones I want. I need to talk with a florist, but I don't want to get involved with one I really can't afford. Any advice? Thanks!!!

Sit down and decide on your budget and then meet with a few florists.  Most good florists will sit down and have a consultation and come up with a proposal that will work with your budget. 

I used Market Street in Colleyville and loved it.  She was willing to mock things up for me so that I could see what it would look like.  Her name is Deanna.  If you contact her, tell her Julie the prom sponsor sent you.

ITA with Julie--a good florist can work with any budget.  Look for recs here and on Wedding Wire (you can check out our vendor sticky at the top of this forum), choose a few you like and meet with them.

I also used Market Street ( in Allen) and had a great experience with them.

I used Gloria with Blooming Accents and she really worked within my budget.  I was very happy with her work.

i looked at several different florists. i really liked a man and a woman floral design. i ended up going with garden gate (they don't have a website, but their number is 214-220-1272

We're going with Di Fiori - Robin is SO nice and came in under my tiny budget! She also gets amazing reviews on weddingwire.com. Tell her Laura sent you!

I'm using Mid-Cities Florist.
Like PP said, most florists will work with you on budget.

My venue had a list of florist that been there before. I then looked on wedding wire and see who people who used my venue had used.

We ended up going with a Man and a Woman.  I have since then had to cut back on the budget and they worked it out with me no problem!

I am using Expressions of Decor.  I have shopped and shopped and shopped and her prices beat everyone... even Market Street. And she has AWESOME reviews on Wedding Wire!
