Rehearsal Dinner/Happy Hour

Son is getting married in October at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, TX. 
I am looking for ideas for a rehearsal dinner/happy hour venue near that area.  Ideally I am thinking more of a social happy hour type thing with hot appetizers so that we can have all the out of town guests and immediate family to also.  I was thinking maybe even a wine/chesse party.  Or a dinner where afterwards people can come and drink and dance.  I could use some help on some ideas!  Thanks...

    We had our's at Blue Mesa at 121 and the Tollway. They have different options for a buffet set up. Loft 610 is right there for anyone who wants to drink/dance after.

    We just dropped off our contract for the Blue Mesa off 121.  I really like the rooms that they have, and their menus.

    There's also a Buca di Beppo near Stonebriar Mall, a popular choice for rehearsal dinners.  Does the Gloria's in Frisco have a private room?

    Check out the new Twisted Root out in Frisco/Plano. Not sure about dancing, but it will provide a low-key, laid back atmosphere you're looking for. Great price for a large group too.
