Buying BM dresses through a website?

We finally settled on an alfred angelo dress for my BMs but it's a bit pricey at $160.  I found a website - bestbridalprices.com - that has the same dress selling for $130.  My BM already have their measurements, and the websites seem to use the same charts and the boutique.

My question is - have any of you girls used this site or something similar?  It seems like a good deal, but I'm hesitant to spend so much money on a website I've never used before.

Thanks for the help!

Personally, I wouldn't have my BMs order any dress they didn't get to try on in person.  I'd at least have them try it on at the store then order it cheaper online.

A word of warning from your friends at Cracked.com: Remember that text is going to be how you make your first impression over the internet; if every third word you type is misspelled, people will automatically assume that you're a moron.

The MOH has already tried the dress on, and the other girls will definitely be trying on the dress before we order it whether its through the store or the website!!

My ladies purchased their dresses through Jay's Bridal but they had tried them on before in a salon.

I would do it. Just make sure you take the right measurements, and order the dress to fit the largest part of the body. Also, do not order from out of the country! There is a website that ships from China, and I heard BAD things about them. Check all the customer reviews before ordering, and verify who you can contact with any questions.

Another thing you could do is see if the bridal shop can give you a discount. If you tell them you can get it at a cheaper price, they may budge on the price. The BMs will need alterations, and that's where they will make their money. Hope this helps!
