I was wondering how you transported the flowers?  Is there a trick?  Do you fill it only halfway with water?  etc...

    When we ordered our flowers they came packaged in long rectangular boxes that were perfect for transportation.

    We filled the vases almost all the way up on Friday afternoon when we did our arrangements and by Saturday when we transported them they didn't really splash over. We put them in the packaging boxes and I guess with evaporation and the flowers drinking we were fine water wise.

    It also helped that we literally transported the flowers to the venue that was maybe 3 miles down the road. But I would think that if you had to transport them if you put the vases in shallow boxes your centerpieces would be just fine.
