How should we handle 3 BM and 4 GM?

Should I have one GM walk alone or should I have 1 BM walk with 2 GM? Also, does the best man stand up fron during the processional?

Either way.  You can one lovely lady escorted by 2 GM, or you can have one walk alone.

Often the BM is up front during the processional, but he doesn't have to be.  What does your FI want?

This is really something you can figure out at the rehearsal, and don't need to have settled before (unless you want to do something like a weave where each attendant walks alone, which would make the processional and recessional longer and thus require longer songs).  As trix said, there's really no wrong way to do it, as long as everyone gets up to the altar and back out of the ceremony venue somehow.
This is a neglected planning bio.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

You could have the bridesmaids walk down by themselves.  The groomsmen could be standing at the altar with the groom.  For the processional, you could:
    1. have the BM walk by himself and pair the rest off
    2. have the ladies and gents alternate individually on the way out
