So.... not sure if this has been talked about before... but are any of you planning on seeing it when it's released on the 30th?

I think some parts of it are lame-o.... but I can't help it!  It has that "must not look, but I have to car accident" attraction to it!

Eclipse was my favorite book of the series.  I just finished re-reading it.  Not sure if we'll go that first day, but I will be dragging Chris with me to see it (it's a trade off for seeing the Harry Potter movies for him).

I plan to see it later.  I would rather go when the theaters are less crowded!  The last book was actually my favorite...I can't remember the name of it right now!

Yes, I will be there! Eclispe was my fav book too so I hope they don't ruin it. I am currently re-reading it and I want to read the new novella about Bree Tanner before I see the movie.

I'm totally seeing it at the midnight release.  I did the same with New Moon.  Though, to be honest, New Moon was my least favorite in the series...but they did a good job with it.  I'm excited about Eclipse because it was my favorite behind Twilight.

I already have my tickets for June 30th at 7:45. For my bachelorette party, my sister (MOH) took me to see New Moon. She was only 14 at the time, so it was just perfect!

I am not a huge Twilight fan, but I did enjoy the books and generally do the midnight showings with a group of girlfriends who are big fans. One of the group is getting married on 6/29 and her wedding ends at 11:00, so the plan for Eclipse is to have fun at the wedding and then head straight to the theater.

On a related note, right now I am reading the True Blood series and enjoying it quite a bit. I am holding out for the TV series until I finish all of the books out right now.

I cant wait to see it but it wont be on the opening night haha maybe like a month or two later or possibly when it comes out on DVD

I really like the movies but not enough to drag my butt up there with 100's of screaming girls haha

I'll see it eventually. I haven't read the books because I heard that last one is really weird, but I have seen the first two movies. It was funny, a couple weeks ago FI and I were at the movies and a preview for Eclipse came on, and he said "You know, I might actually go see that." I told him I'm holding him to that.
