4 Tips to Get Glowing Skin

Every bride wants to look amazing on her big day. Well, what you eat definitely shows up in your skin, and if you want breathtaking, clear, gorgeous skin, it's really important to follow a few simple rules.
1. Stay hydrated - make sure you're drinking lots of water (avoid caffeine because it dehydrates you). When your skin is well hydrated it will be fresh and plump.
2. Avoid inflammatory foods - inflammation in your body often shows up in your skin in the form of acne or redness/irritation. Inflammatory foods are most processed and refined foods (bread, pasta, bagels). Stick with fresh fruits and veggies, nuts, and lean protein.  All the nutrients and antioxidants from fresh fruits and veggies will helpl you get that amazing glow.
3. Get plenty of sleep - ever hear of "beauty sleep"? There's truth to it! While you're sleeping your body is repairing itself on a cellular level, rebuilding and refreshing your skin.4. Eat fats (healthy fats!) - That's right ladies, I said fat.  It's important to get the healthy Omega 3 fatty acids as found in salmon, nuts, etc.  Avoid trans fats at all costs, but make sure you're getting healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts, and cold-water fatty fish. For more tips on bridal health and wellness visit:
