I got something like this and tried my first application last night. It was tough keeping it in my mouth for 30 min not being to spit out the saliva in my mouth. Kinda gross but, I'm not sure if I can do it any longer than 30 min.

You're usually only supposed to keep it in 15 minutes at a time, not 30.  Not sure which product you got, but 30 minutes at once seems too long.  The ones I've done are 15 minutes.

This one told me 30 min at first and then 60. Ugh!! 30 is enough!!

I can imagine!  This particular one is 15 minutes each, but I think you do it 3 times in a row.  Not too sure of the logistics yet, but I was more interested in it because it has the LED light and I know that's supposed to make it work better.
