So I have a random Q - If you can't afford your wedding, why are you planning it as such?  I guess I don't understand that  :(

I'm pretty sure she's just joking. I mean, I don't think anyone will agree that the wedding they have planned is chump change no matter what the budget... so I'm pretty sure its just a humorous post.

Did she she couldn't afford her wedding and that she was planning something she can't afford? I didn't read that anywhere.

Sorry, I just think your response was a little rude and overassuming....

She has mentioned several times that they can't afford their wedding, it wasn't this one post.

Haha... It was a humorous post.  We are doing just fine, thanks for your concern.

To answer the question "if you cant afford your wedding... ". My employer laid me off, and we are continuing with our wedding plans because we want to, and are able to do so without accumulating debt.
Not to say that accumulating debt is right or wrong... whatever you want to do! I don't care :)
