Hair, skin & nail supplement

Has anyone tried them? They contain biotin which is supposed to increase hair and nail growth/strength, etc. Just curious to see if anyone's seen a significant change.

I tried them for about a month a couple years ago.   I really didn't see a difference, but it was only a month...

I've been taking Biotin (it's in the vitamins section in your supermarket- don't need fancy brand-name stuff) since January or February, and it's definitely helped, especially my with my hair. My nails are really healthy, too. My face has always been oily and acne-prone so I can't really speak for that. It's worth a try, though. People respond different ways.

I tried them, but didn't notice a difference.

I also tried Biotin on it's own.  I broke out something awful.  My skin hasn't been the same since.  Everyone is different though, so this may not be the case for you.

I take a pre-natal vitamin and I have noticed a huge difference! My hair is thicker, my nails grow faster and are stronger, and I feel like my skin is more even.

I also have a lot more energy from the supplements.

I have been taking biotin since we got engaged basically. I have noticed that its helped with all three of these, and especially hair growth. I didn't notice it so much with my actual hair at first, but really that my leg hair was growing way faster. My stylist has said its growing a couple inches each time I go in, so I say thats an improvement!

I am also using "Hard as Hoof strengthening cream" on my nails because they were brittle and flaking, and I think that really helping with the nails too. 

It wouldn't hurt to try it and see how it works for you! Good luck!
